**A further meeting to discuss detailed plans is proposed for Weds 2nd December.

b) “Mission Statement” change - “Create a North End Supporters Trust bringing fans together to help take PNE forward.”

a) Steering Group – To be elected at 1st AGM. Further volunteers.

The meeting went well we now have a "working group" of 7 people committed to taking us forward to acheiving recognised trust status.

A roadmap to Trust status was approved and we will be holding an Open Meeting in mid to late January to approve our application to the Financial Services Authority for recognition.

Other issues decided included:

To draw up a plan for "White Noise" a project to improve the atmosphere at Deepdale.

A poster competition.

Charity event to launch NEST in late March or early April.

Further details will be available in the near future.

Minutes of the meeting should be available later this week.
