    Cup match last train

Just a thought , but with quite a crowd going to Accrington , hopefully northern rail have the common sense to strengthen the last train of the day , otherwise I can see it being seriously overcrowded , two coaches won't be enough . The Blackburn match the season before led to serious overcrowding , people unable to get off at the intermediate stations & children in tears due to the overcrowding

Thinking of running a unimog service for the game. Park and ride type thingy. Park on Lowthorpe road and the shuttle service runs every 56 minutes approx.

last train back 11:25pm from Accy

Accrington Railway Station is about a mile away from the ground. It is served by trains from Manchester Victoria and Leeds. Leave the station and travel down the slope (signposted M65 Blackburn) towards the large viaduct roundabout in the centre of town. Take the Milnshaw Lane exit at the opposite side of the roundabout alongside the Perry's Peugeot dealership. After approximately 100 metres this road then joins Whalley Road. Bear left up the hill and follow Whalley Road for about a mile, passing the hospital, a set of traffic lights and then a mini roundabout. Take the next right after the mini roundabout junction into Livingstone Road. The football club is approximately 100 metres on the left on Livingstone Road.

What's the deal with parking? Just street parking around the ground?
