Saltergate was always a good trip (before their move). Good memories of that save from Tepi and a Gregan thunderbolt. Decent ale and the crooked spire. A 6 nil at Deepdale when Ellis and Philliskirk were on fire, not forgetting the Beckford show in the play-offs of course.
They've really had a fall from grace!

Considering we beat them to get to the Final that took us to the Championship is is sad to see them where they are. Goes to show the importance of the Playoffs and how damaging they can be.

I remember Ellis scoring a volley from outside the box at Saltergate. 1988 it was and we won 3-0.

Bloody Hell. All grounds ( if they have the same ones ) that I've visited watching PNE in the past..... We can count our blessings, if it wasn't for reelection being voted on for the last time , that could have been us.

Can someone explain to me why Sunderland are relegated? They're 6 points behind Bolton with 6 points to play for, with a better goal difference. Am I missing something here?

Bolton and Burton play each other next week - meaning one of them is bound to get points and become uncatchable.
