King should be banned from football for at least 3 years by the FA , however , his offence(s) was not connected to football , so he won't be banned.

No. That was a load of bollocks invented by the tabloids, some of whom have now apologised for lying.

What King did was wrong in so many ways and I will not condone his behavior.

The way I see it Marlon's committed a crime and served his time. He's been Punished so why can he not play football again?

Lee Hughes committed murder yet he's still playing. Their are loads of pro football players who been on the wrong side of the law and are still playing football.

I'm not sticking up for him in anyway saying yeah we should sign him but like I said he's been punished and now wants to get back into work.

If he re-offends he will get punished accordingly.

I've said that Tommy Finney was the best I've seen and I'd bracket
Pele, Eusebio, Cruyff, Di Stefano and Puskas up there with him." - Bill Shankly

Technically , didn't Hughes get convicted of either manslaughter or causing death by dangerous driving ? Not that I'm in any way condoning what he did .

I'm not sticking up for Lee Hughes in any way, but he wasn't convicted of murder. It was death by dangerous driving. Hughes has also never re-offended. Marlon King has been convicted 13 times in his life. He's had chance after chance and he pisses them all away. He's a lost cause and a scourge on society.

And to be fair he's been pretty shit in the last few years as well.

His agent was saying that there has been interest from Prem clubs. Can't see it personally. Except maybe the lashers.
