  • Farage loses legal battle against hope not hate.

Nigel Farage has lost a legal battle against anti-racism campaign group Hope Not Hate over his accusations that they are "violent and undemocratic".The anti-hate campaigners crowdsourced funding to sue the former Ukip leader for libel over the claims, and demanded 100,000 in damages.
Mr Farage has reportedly now agreed to withdraw his statement and not repeat it.
    Lying, bent, bastard.

The problem is that having put this scurrilous slur out there, people will have believed his lying utterances. The fact that he has had to back down under threats of legal action is good, but, the stain on Hope not Hate will remain because those that believe Farage will remember what he said about Hope not Hate, but will conveniently forget or ignore that he was forced to admit he was lying. idiots like Farage, Hopkins, Trump, Bannon etc will continue to pump out lies even when they're shown up time after time.

Because he withdrew his libel and promised not to repeat it no order for damages will be heard. Glad to be able to clarify for you.

Facing the threat of a court battle, Mr Farage has now agreed to withdraw his claims. In a statement filed to the court, he reportedly said: "Having now considered the position further I am happy to acknowledge that Hope Not Hate does not tolerate or pursue violent or undemocratic behaviour."
The MEP also agreed not to repeat the claims or allow anyone to do so on his behalf.

The important thing is that Farage admitted he had lied. He knew it was tosh when he said it and he was happy to let the lies float the until he was backed into a corner. It's what he always does; he's a malevolent twat.

So there we have it, Mr, "Clean the Swamp," Farage is in fact, self admittedly, just another lying politician.

              Who`d have thought it eh?

The problem now is, having been proven a liar, by his own admission, on this subject how can people trust him on any?

And thats without going to the low life morals of this case where hed accused a man whod lost his wife to terrorism of being a part of encouraging violence. That is as low as it gets.

Happy to have been a partof that crowdfunding, BTW. Money well spent.

Sounds like the popular press eh?..... Just retract and walk away............... I think you've identified a far bigger problem about democracy and freedom of the press in this Country than one piddling little politician......( that you coincidentally happen not to like ).......They are all liars Mr Essex....of that we can be certain.

this wasnt down to the media, it was all his own doing. Nobody misquoted him, it was all his own work.

He described hope not hate as, "Undemocratic and violent."

One things for certain, his views on democracy will forever be shoved right back up his ultra blue anus. When it comes to democracy he hasnt a clue.

Sad thing is though, there are those who think hes some type of hero when all he is is another lying politician who is clueless about democracy.

I don't need to remember anything, I wrote it........ You see I'm very consistent in who / what I believe to be liars...and it's almost all of them............ You tend to be very selective and highlight only those that you don't agree with.......................Churchill did a fantastic job for this Country during the war but he was a lying , horrible twat... With me?.It's called honesty...Something most politicians and media outlets wouldn't recognise if it bit em on the arse...You take sides, I despise almost all of them............ I quite like Farage though. He's funny.

So funny he described the husband of a murdered MP as a supporter of violence.

                          Hilarious.

Seen it with my own eyes they can bring it on you only have to read about some of the characters running it with convictions . They are certainly not the girl guides.

Also forgot to say who would have thought that this organisation not only receives funds from unions with many within the labour party as well. BUT A BILLIONAIRE in George Soros who would have thought it folk on here supporting a hedge fund billionaire.
