Pullis

There’ll be lots of players round the country wondering how he got away with that when they got red cards for the same or less. It gives a licence for players to make dangerous challenges and for clubs to appeal if they get red carded. It ticked all the boxes that the authorities are trying to eradicate; two footed, out of control, excessive force and endangering the opponent. Absolutely incredible it was overturned, what must the ref think who applied the guidance refs have been given to follow?

I blame quiche
All this mamby pamby stuff started when real men started eating quiche
We are one step away from anarchy when we see falafel’s added to the male diet.
The simple way to rectify the issue is to replace the above and more with corned beef or haslet

Happily the Mackens were thrashed yesterday dragging Boro further into the play off mire and the loathsome Pulis with them.

Didn't realise that Pulis seemed to be blaming us for their defeat to Villa..... BBC Report states
"There has been a flatness around the club since the defeat against Preston on Wednesday and for the first 20 minutes we still looked like there was a hangover - we didn't get going at all.

Nice to see we have a positive effect!

The guy must be on something

I like Pulis. He's a character. He isn't supposed to say nice things about the opposition. He's too busy trying to keep his job after Boro' drop out of the mickey mouse (for a huge club like 'boro) league play-offs.

How can you like this despicable lying fraudulent toe-rag?

He conned Crystal Palace into paying his bonus early and then leaves to join another club 2 days later, 48 hours before the first match of the season.

"The West Bromwich Albion manager left his post at Selhurst Park less than 48 hours before their opening game of the season against Arsenal after a dispute over a £2m “survival” bonus he was due for saving Palace from relegation. The Palace owner, Steve Parish, agreed to pay Pulis the bonus more than two weeks before it was due but demanded he return it after his sudden and unexpected departure two days later.

In March the Premier League’s mediation panel found in favour of Palace and Parish, with Pulis ordered to return the bonus and pay a further £1m in legal costs and damages for breach of contract. That decision was appealed by Pulis but a ruling from the commercial court last week dismissed his appeal and ordered him to pay liquidated damages for £1.5m as well as £2.276m damages for “deceit”. "

It just shows the total lack of morality in football that clubs are still prepared to employ people like him.

According to Middlesboro fans the club can't afford to sack him because of penalty clauses in his contract and will have to wait until the end of the season when his contract expires.

I too like quirky controversial characters. For example: Neil Warnock.

Pulis isn't in this category, IMO.

Pulis is just an ass hat. A connected, dodgy one, at that.
