The only thing our two posts have in common is the word "simple"
Correct. We're in agreement.

Stop being so defeatist jakeywakey. It'll come good, you'll seeI see the excuses are already starting that in completely unexpected news the massively larger trading partner appears to actually hold some of the cards and is exerting it's authority as being in the better position. It's just like, so unexpected, I can't believe people didn't consider this would happen for a minute. I mean they need us more than we need them I thought
Yeah we just need a PMA and it'll all come good and if doesn't it'll be because of those pesky remainers not being enthusiastic enough, the unpatriotic bastards.Stop being so defeatist jakeywakey. It'll come good, you'll see
Made me laugh that last bit... When the remainers say "F IT, it is what it is so let's atleast try" all that positive energy will fill the nation and it'll all come good..... <<What a load of absolute bollocks 😂 😂😂Yeah we just need a PMA and it'll all come good and if doesn't it'll be because of those pesky remainers not being enthusiastic enough, the unpatriotic bastards.

Their genius is to have persuaded enough of the electorate that they do actually care about them....they're going to be very disappointed when they find out they couldn't give a shit about Workington manItll come good. For some. Not for others. Guess who the winners will be either way. Thats the issue. Those running the show win personally whatever the outcome because theyve hedged their bets. Sadly modern Tories mostly despise the populace so have no concern for the losers in an outcome where the upside is thinly spread

I think you'll find Labours current leader does actually believe in what he was saying, he's got the evidence to back it up, always had the courage of his convictions but the country gave him a big fat two fingers up in december.I agree lads.. I'm not sure where the faith that labour would be any different comes from though. Do any of them have anything they believe in or are they just pandering to people. They have to pander I get that but it just all feels hollow to me.. like, here we go again... Blame the last government then rinse and repeat, what bloody gives !!!

I don't really think it's fair on those of us that didn't vote for the Latin mumbling shit show that now resides in no 10 but we are where we are.
Life isn’t fair. It’s simple. Labour didn’t do enough to bring the electorate around. I also don’t see any of the current runners for leadership doing anything different 😕

Taking back control of our fishing and eliminating all that EU red tape
Catch-tracking app could torpedo UK fishing’s ‘Brexit bonus’
Fishermen around the UK’s coasts fear a new tracking app could sink their way of life before fleets can enjoy the much-heralded ‘Brexit bonus’.eandt.theiet.org

“At the very moment when we have left the EU and its real or imagined burdens, the Government is implementing the biggest piece of red tape seen by the industry. This is not an EU decision; this is a UK decision. You couldn’t make it up.”

The UK has tried to ban destructive fishing methods on many occasions and has been overruled - generally speaking, the UK is far stricter than the EU when it comes to fishing. The EU Common Fisheries Policy is generally atrocious.Ive never really understood the presumption that post Brexit that our fishers will somehow be released from sustainability regulation on catches. A couple of years ago we were on Hastings pier watched a small trawler doing lines a mile out to sea dredging the seabed. The anglers on the pier bemoaning that this was a regular un policed activity that had drained the area of sealife. The vad government give it large about deregulation (sounds good) but it makes littlle sense in the long term in a world limited resources and expanding population. Eskimos to Massais protect and nurture their environments for the long term.
Talk about the pot and kettle, To think you’re a socialist that helps people! I just hope you dont have to help me with reading some of the smacked arse comments you make!
You are one of the worst about not agreeing with comments. Get a grip you're old enough to be better than this. Maybe you are the bully?
Dare I say, stuff it, I will.An interesting read about somebody who will have a big say in Post Brexit Britain...
