After seeing how we conceded the goal yesterday we certainly need someone like that 👍He’s experienced in this league , 6ft 5 , peanuts or on a free. What do we need then ?

"It is a surprise to see that no other League One clubs are in the race to get him..."Burton Albion 'hopeful' of striking deal for Preston North End striker - The72
Burton Albion are hopeful of striking a deal with Preston North End to loan striker David Nugent this winter.the72.co.uk
I'd be much happier if we signed the ball-playing centre half first.Sonny Bradley and a ball playing centre half I’d be happy with. If Davies goes that leaves us with both of them as starters until the end of the season. Then we have that ball playing centre half and Bauer with Bradley (or Bauer) as back up. Hunts fourth choice with Storey out on loan. Makes complete sense. Would be happy with this.
Agreed a ball playing centre half is very important.I'd be much happier if we signed the ball-playing centre half first.
Just to make sure we get one.
With the worst defence in the Championship, I think we need someone who can defend first of all. I certainly wouldn’t be against bringing in Bradley.I'd be much happier if we signed the ball-playing centre half first.

There’s more to this story than meets the eye. My mates a detective in Derby, told me the full story, tho I can’t say anything as it would breach his trust. Mates a mad Derby fan and he says a lot of things where hushed up.There was uproar after that sacking. No basis behind it especially after Tom Lawrence got let off. Looks like Keogh was sacked as he needed serious surgery and was already at an age where the club would be looking to move him on
Coz it makes you look like a fanny, unless you're female 🤯And what's that got to do with the price of fish?
Part of me doesn’t believe these rumours tbh. The72 are hardly a reputable source.
Alex Neil said:"At this moment in time DJ's much more likely to continue to stay here than what Ben Pearson would be.
"I think that is fair to say, yeah."
AN: "I think the biggest difficulty we've got with the wide players is the fact that they're always at their best when the game's either level and there's space in behind, or we're leading and teams need to come out so they leave space to hurt them. As soon as it went one-nil to them, at that point they sank behind the ball and it became difficult to break them down."Alex Neil feels PNE must look to strengthen wide options this month
North End have been busy in the transfer window so far but the work can't stop therewww.lancs.live
You’d think AN would have a plan b.AN: "I think the biggest difficulty we've got with the wide players is the fact that they're always at their best when the game's either level and there's space in behind, or we're leading and teams need to come out so they leave space to hurt them. It's the biggest difficulty we've got as an attacking force, period - how to recover after we concede, and how to attack when our primary focus is on not conceding.
Not sure a different wide option will make a lot of difference, though having someone who can cross a ball would be nice.
Plan B was Stockley and now appears to be Evans. Its very uninspiring. You’d think AN would have a plan b.
Don’t think we will get kipre but agree with this completely.Sonny Bradley and Cedric Kipre would be a cracking pair of experienced and well balanced centre backs.
Bradley on a cut-price deal suits us down to the ground. And Kipre on a loan would be ideal too.
