A new name has been thrown into the ring, in what is now satirically being described as the "race" to become the new Derby owner.
BBC Derby's man-on-the-phone-to-Mike-Ashley's-mate Ed Dawes this morning - aside from basically reading out this article - "understands" that Ashley's bid would be sufficiently lowball to cause a 15 point penalty, and he'd want to "renegotiate" the non-negotiable administrators' fees too.
So no delays in store there then.
