Looks like this lads off to Tottenham.
Southampton full-back Gareth Bale will have a medical at Tottenham on Wednesday after the two clubs agreed a fee, reports BBC Radio Wales.
Saints boss George Burley earlier denied reports a fee had been agreed between the two clubs.

But sources close to the 17-year-old expect him to sign within days.

Spurs had a bid of about £10m accepted by Saints in January, but Welsh international Bale rejected the chance to move to White Hart Lane.

The teenage left-back has only one year left on his contract and was also linked with moves to Arsenal and Manchester United.

Just read on Sky Sports that Southampton are denying that the clubs have agreed a fee...will have to wait and see what happens.

Is Bale the lad who missed out in the play-off game against Derby...think it was him. My friend said he's a really good player. I don't really follow other clubs' players much...so don't know much about him. £10m quite a lot though...is he a better player than Nugent?

Going forward he is great, he has pace, he is very good at give and goes with the wingers and obv. his freekicks and left foot but defensively he can get found out at times but he is only 17, he will be a top, top player when he matures..

Yeah it is the lad that missed the 2nd leg agaisnt Derby. At first I thought he was overrated. Now I really do believe the hype. He's a 17 year old lad that manages to run the entire team from left back. I could grasp it better if he was a midfielder, but to boss the play and dictate the game from that position and at that age is truely incredible. He's a wonderful talent and is a dead ball specialist. Much better than Ashley Cole so therefore he must be woth £10m in todays market.
 
tbh, whenever i have seen him play, he has not looked like a 10 million pound player. but teams these days do seem to pay over the odds for young english players.
