Brexit never? Britain can still change its mind, says Article 50 autho

As predicted, RSArcher has jumped the shark with his fake story. He gained 100k followers, so maybe a book is imminent...

So, I have seen some remainers on social media decrying the stupidity of Brexiters and going on about lack of education, low intelligence, inability to grasp complex issues, failure to critically analyse information. While, of course, falling for a cock and bull story that they failed to analyse critically.

But, this does reinforce the idea that, on both sides of the debate, to be fair, too many people hear only what they want to hear and look for things to reinforce their worldview rather than encourage debate and discussion. Much easier to call people remoaners or gammons and argue against stereotypes and caricatures instead of arguing with individuals who have their own reasons for thinking as they do.

A process of 'othering' where you assume that all members of a group think the same and, sadly, this assumption usually assigns the worst possible characteristics to everyone in that group - unfortunately, social media encourages this by its very nature.

"London is assessing whether the advantages of the European bloc’s bargaining power to strike deals with international drugs companies outweigh the broader political desire to sever ties with Brussels, UK officials said."

You seriously could not make that up :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Nailed it Sepp .... as an old tutor used to say 'when people talk a lot they tend not to be listening a lot either' ... very apt in this instant, opinionated and media driven world we now seem to live in.

You had a tutor?

Well Eerrmm more a guard called Moses who used to keep me sane whilst holed up in Monrovia Central Prison a few years ago after a mix up on a shipment of 'farming equipment' for Charles Taylor and the lads.
Excellent :)

Get out to work out to eat out to miss out to be without or some other balls that they think might convince us they have a scoobies of a plan other that to take control of us and fill their faces. As predicted by anyone with half a brain. Walked right through the front door with barely a challenge. Didnt even need to put masks on.
