Can we get into a Play-Off place?

The force is with us and the force is strong.

We’ll win five games, we’ll make the play offs, Pearo will start getting sent off again, our strikers will start scoring, Gally and DJ will resume their penalty competition, someone will score a hat-trick for us, Darnell will re-instigate the art of shithousery, we won’t believe it but we’ll love it.

We’ve had a rest, we’ve let everyone else have a go. Now is our time.
Hang in there and hang on.
I love the enthusiasm... but have you had a drop of sherry?

Certainly didn't expect Charlton to stop Cardiff from winning. Cardiff got some tough games in the run in.

Going to be a record low for 6th place, doubt anyone will even reach 70 points given it's a struggled for everyone to even win two games. Still a chance but I still fear the opportunity has passed.

disagree. i think it will still be 72+ points for 6th. derby can make that with just 5 wins from their last 7. on their current form that seems very acheivable. same can be said of a few others. not us of course

Teams can barely even win 1 game so would be upturn for any to win 5 out of their last 7 and get 70 + points. Derby have certainly come from nowhere but even with the good recent form they've still only won 4 of their last 8. ;)

Their next 3 after tomorrow's game are Forest (H), West Brom (a) and Brentford (h). Also play Leeds at home so will certainly earn that play off spot as that is a very hard run in.

If the season was 5 games longer Wigan would probably fancy a shot at 6th, everything has suddenly clicked there so with the close season going to be short I'd suggest them as an each way bet for next season, certainly do well to finish above them next season.

Derby have to play 6 of the Top 7 in their 7 games.

Good Luck with that! 😂😂🙈

Aye, small margins. If we'd beaten Cardiff and won just one of the matches during our crap run recently, we'd be about 5 points clear of seventh place instead of four points off sixth.

The frustrating thing is that if we were in even half decent form in recent games and going forward we would be in with an excellent chance of the play offs with teams taking points off each other and nobody being particularly good. However we are not which is very frustrating.
Derby have a particularly difficult looking run in.
By my reckoning the possible points totals in the list need adjusting as follows

Sheffield Wednesday - 70
Rovers - 74
Derby - 78
A handy reference list.

Cardiff and Derby are the ones I'm keeping my eye on. Anyone above Cardiff are out of reach, Derby are the form team.
Best set of results this weekend would be us winning, along with Bristol City (v Cardiff), Forest (v Derby) and Sheff Wed (v Swans)

The only thing against Derby at the minute is who they have left to play, but the way they're going and the form they're on I'm not sure I'd bet against them getting 6th. The game vs Cardiff might just decide it.

It’s a big ask now....it’s perm any one from 7 or 8

We will struggle to finish top 10

At this point it doesn’t really matter what everyone else does. All we can do is try and win our games and see what happens. Reckon we’ll finish 16th.
