Could this be the end of Trump?

He's not been convicted of anything and to assume he has or act before he has is an extremely dangerous precedent.
According to the left leaning MSM, he apparently told people to drink bleach, for which he was ridiculed and was then accused of racism for saying Covid leaked from a lab in Wuhan. The former wasnt what he said and the latter was likely to be true.
I'm not defending him or supporting, just saying people need to be very careful in what they support and believe as it can have extremely serious ramifications further down the line.

factually incorrect.

He's been found guilty of fraud (several times, from running a fake university to inflating his asset values for financial gain whilst deflating them to avoid taxes), at least one sexual assault and a related second (and soon third) defamation charge. The only reason he's not in jail for those is they are civil trials. that have cash penalties.

He told people to investigate injecting something like Lysol, which is bleach, and he did it live on tv, as you can see in the link.

He's going to be found guilty of a lot more as well, as he's frankly really bad at concealing things he does (to the point of even bragging about it). You realize other folks involved are making plea deals to snitch on him and save themselves, I assume?

The problem is that it went beyond taking the piss and into media trying to manipulate what he actually said:

This Time article was even more sinister because it tried to link the rise in accidental poisonings from disinfectant to what he said - when, later in the article, they admit themselves that correlation is not causation and the increase in people disinfecting everything was probably responsible:

When many people don't even get beyond the headline, let alone the first paragraph or two, this was very calculated, IMO. Needless to say, it works both ways and the likes of Fox do exactly the same, but that does not justify it.

What’s wrong with that Huff Post article?

I have less time to scan through the Time article- but it does look more speculative. Assuming it is deliberately trying to erroneously imply that poisonings are up because of Trump, that’s bad.

I don’t know Time. There’s probably some chicken and egg related to their motivation- first and foremost it’s probably clickbait to make themselves more cash. Secondly they are probably trying to damage Trump - but those two things are perhaps symbiotic (for want of a better word)

Buckle up...

Well, I cannot judge which way this should go - but interesting that they are calling Colarado’s verdict was unamerican and unconstitutional… when it is the American constitution that is at the heart of their judgement.

What a great idea by Trump to control the supreme court in his term.
They surely will wave him through.

Trump is playing the victim card… trying to spin a narrative that this actually puts him at a disadvantage 😂

Speaking to Fox News on Wednesday, Trump attorney Alina Habba said the former president is concerned the conservative-leaning Supreme Court could rule against him in order to "shy away from being pro-Trump".

The truth is the media gets you either way. You simply pick a story which is the one you most prefer to believe and take that stance permanently. If it’s positive about the person/issue you support you chose to believe such article and if it’s negative it’s the media being poisonous. The corruption runs so deep we will probably never know the whole truth about anything, as the saying goes believe none of what hear and only half of what you see, that has never been so true as it currently is.

The media plays on peoples thirst for knowledge. They are experts at manipulating truths to fit certain narratives, not necessarily lying but not presenting news in such a way that will leave the viewer/reader to be inquisitive. They would rather say that "Black is black," without presenting the fact that there is also "White, " and, "Shades of grey," in between. You see it every day staring out on the new stands, headlines that bear little actual relation to the depth of stories that they refuse to present.

Donald Trump does not have presidential immunity, US court rules
Sadly I can’t see him serving time for any of his crimes, being wealthy helps you to delay and avoid justice.

I’m staggered how many Americans seem to want this absolute moron back in the White House, I have a feeling he might win.

If he is disallowed from running, I'll be happy.

Our choices for President so far, um . . . How can I say it . . . Suck.

I agree, Biden is too old now. It’s sad that neither party can come up with some younger options, America deserves much better.
No, it doesn't. It has caused nothing but misery for millions across the globe in its greed for power. It could put a stop to the genocide it is condoning in Palestine. But it wont

That’s a pretty good example of why they need better leadership

It sounds clever having a go at him for this and they are crass remarks when taken out of context but the reality is that U.K. lives could be needlessly lost because Germany, France, Canada, Spain, Italy etc put their money elsewhere but will expect our forces to help out if the shit hits the fan.
