They drew with Italy but the point still remains.

How can we beat them 7-0 then struggle to a 1-1 draw🤷🏻‍♂️
 
Southgate is holding a decent group of players back!!
He is absolutely woeful!! The combination of his tactics and v.a.r. are enough to put a lifelong 60 years plus footy fan off watching altogether, it has become a completely joyless experience, more fucking time is spent ensuring the managers don't stray from their designated areas, than ensuring that the game flows and a decent level of entertainment is maintained!! They are killing our game.

Already qualified, practically were already a top seed, players missing, hectic period for the players coming up, and people expect us to be playing every game as if it's life or death.

Judge the team and manager at the next Euro where ourselves and France are the best teams in the tournament.

Phillips?

I would play Maddison instead of Phillips but Southgate won’t. It will be Phillips or Henderson instead which would be a shambles.

Maguire only plays because there is no one better. We won’t win anything with him in defence.

Phillips is a good player. People forget how well he played at the last Euros alongside Rice. But the move to City has hampered him. If he gets his move in January, and plays regularly, I think he starts.
 
England may not have played well but it could be worse waking up as a Ukranian fan , been absolutely robbed by VAR, disgrace. Always thought since I was a lad fifa and uefa are riddled

Ukraine's coach said UEFA chief Aleksander Ceferin made his players "angry" by saying it would be a "disaster" for Euro 2024 if Italy fail to qualify.

He is a good player but he has to be playing regularly. Hopefully he gets a move in jan.
