Absolutely, so much was promised all those years ago, I looked forward to the development , what with only being a 10 minute walk away, but the people of that area of Ashton have been let down badly over the years, stuff done on the cheap, terrible roads, some areas have become dumping grounds for every n’er do well, same down Plungy landlords have bought the houses and the terraced streets have just become massive estates, where a lot of antisocial people who don’t give a shit have moved in.That area is such a wasted opportunity
