If you look behind the splash (at Stamford Bridge) there is a Chelsea defender - called Bellett. I worked with his son. His dad was extremely modest. I had tried to persuade father and son to go and meet Sir Tom at Deepdale after the statue was unveiled. Sadly both players died before meeting up again.

Wally Bellett and hes still alive and kicking although probably not a football.Had several years playing for Chester,Wrexham and Tranmere Rovers up North as well as the teams he played for down South.
