To be totally honest, I'm so fucking bored shitless of Palestine debates when over 35% of kids in the North East are growing up in poverty.

Pass me a fucking broom.
Speaking of Palestine, Jeremy Corbyn’s friends have been slaughtering innocent Israeli civilians over the past 12 hours.

this is how it works.

"Hello Mr Doyler, Is this your house?"

"Yes," Comes the reply.

"Well fuck off out of it, were moving an Israeli family into it, maybe even demolishing it at your expense."

Mr doyler will, of course, take being made homeless, along with his family, very meekly.

For decades Israel has pursued a policy of forced eviction(1) and demolition of homes of Palestinians living under occupation in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and the homes of Israeli Arabs in Israel. In the past three and a half years the scale of the destruction carried out by the Israeli army in the Occupied Territories has reached an unprecedented level. The victims are often amongst the poorest and most disadvantaged in both Israeli and Palestinian society. Most of the houses demolished by the Israeli army in the Occupied Territories were the homes of refugee families, who were expelled by Israeli forces or who fled in the war that followed the creation of Israel in 1948.
More than 3,000 homes, hundreds of public buildings and private commercial properties, and vast areas of agricultural land have been destroyed by the Israeli army and security forces in Israel and the Occupied Territories in the past three and a half years. Tens of thousands of men, women and children have been forcibly evicted from their homes and made homeless or have lost their source of livelihood. Thousands of other houses and properties have been damaged, many beyond repair. In addition, tens of thousands of other homes are under threat of demolition, their occupants living in fear of forced eviction and homelessness.
Forced evictions and house demolitions are usually carried out without warning, often at night, and the occupants are given little or no time to leave their homes. Sometimes they are allowed a few minutes or half an hour, too little to salvage their belongings. Often the only warning is the rumbling of the Israeli army's bulldozers and tanks and the inhabitants barely have time to flee as the bulldozers begin to tear down the walls of their homes. Thousands of families have had their homes and possessions destroyed under the blades of the Israeli army's US-made Caterpillar bulldozers. In the wake of the demolitions men, women and children return to the ruins of their homes searching for whatever can be salvaged from under the rubble: passports or other documents, children's schoolbooks, clothes, kitchenware or furniture which were not destroyed.

Yeah, let's not ignore the fact that Israel are absolute bastards.

Agreed. And why the fuck anyone believes it is some matter of importance for the supposedly left leaning British party to wade into that debate and start taking any side is simply baffling.

And yet we were very involved in the south African apartheid debate.

A totally bizarre point from you.
Go think about it.

One apartheid state we got involved with serious actions, Sanctions, sporting sanctions etc.

The other apartheid state we are afraid to even talk of it let alone take positive action.

Absolutely no need to be patronising.

Because, quite obviously it opens up people to throw anti semetic criticisms the way of people on the left. Given the complete obsession of some left wing groups with this conflict, something that probably does have some merit, sadly.

I'm no huge Starmer fan but his ability to get his party away from this fucking conflict is a massive plus in my eyes.

Truly awful.

Awful indeed..And tomorrow the shoe will be on the other foot after a reprisal.... There is no " right " or " wrong " side in all this just the usual suffering of joe public that basically wants to get on with a normal working family life.

Seem to recall Paddy disappearing from this forum because he held strong views about the past Irish situation and wouldn't accept opposing views which was a shame but that made him sectarian in my view which was a bit daft when two dumbass sides were as evil as each other and were exploited by those who held power but couldn't see it..

More trivial of course would be for us to have a civil war with the lashers over a football rivalry... Bloody ridiculous the majority would shout but really what would be the difference?

The foundation of all the above shit is mans inability to be reasonable..... But really It boils down to Greed, Control, Power, Religion and manipulation by those in power that profit from it and us sheep follow ( depending on what newspaper you read or news channel you view).

The masses are a bit dim and easily led............. We are in fact brainwashed.

If we ever got together and said " no " to those that pull the strings what a world we might have.

PS.. There's always a reason.... And very rarely does Mr and Mrs average come into that equation.

You've been mugged mate.... There was no " fucking conflict " to begin with, it was invented for certain ends. And Starmers an untrustworthy cunt.... Everything Labour stands for now is/means absolutely nothing. Massive con job

apologies if i came across as patronising, youre one of the posters I would never do that to.

Antisemitism, in this case, is a method of shutting down criticism of an apartheid state. In my opinion those accusing people of it for caring about an oppressed nation are the ones who are using a religion, in this case the Jewish religion, are the ones who are antisemitic.

As for Starmer, under him there are record amounts of Jews being expelled from the party.

This is all very odd and suddenly the MSM has gone quiet

I find it strange that Israel and Saudi Arabia had held talks and appeared on the cusp of a deal, then the region is a couple of days later kicking off. It's as if someone benefits from conflict and infighting in the region. China and Russia having worked together to broker the recent Saudi - Iran talks and agreement. China and Russia also pushing other quarrelling Arab nations towards dialogue and potential reconciliation.
