Dolan not much older and doing fine at Rovers. Plus this lad is already playing 1st team football albeit at a lower level. I genuinely think it is worth a look in this window before someone else steps in. The fact Brian Barry Murphy is their manager may work in our favour. I would hazard a guess that he is another player who has not developed quite as fast or well as expected. There's time yet for the them, of course.

The U23 set ups don’t really develop players that well though. It’s not competitive or physical enough. Hence why the best players who are U23 end up going out on loan to progress their development.
