Lostock Hall Juniors under 14's

Re: Lostock Hall Juniors under 14's

well just been looking at your results at the moment luke, not looking too good whats been going on?

I can understand been beat 12-0 in the cup by Ribbleton because they are quite a good team. But conceding 38 in only 5 away games is a bit bad, especially as you've only scored 4. And 32 in 5 at home, scoring only 5.

From what I can gather Luke you need a few things:
1) You're keeper needs to learn how to stop the ball going into the net
2) You're defence needs to learn how to tackle
3) You're midfielders and strikers should shoot on sight, they might score a few more.

All the best as always Luke, if you need a hand with you're 'keeper let me know I'll pass on a bit of my knowledge working with the OnlineFC and working with the GK coach at College.

Thanks Jimmy for stating the obvious. We know what needs to be done and we are and we have done pretty much all we can do for the team with regards to training etc. It is down to the players at the end of the day, they perform fairly well in training and then dont perform in games and they let themselves down.

Ribbleton weren't a good team, they were average at best. We made them look like Chelsea playing Bamber Bridge. No player could leave the field knowing they gave it their all.

Our keeper is quite good to be honest, he hasn't been playing well recently and that is down to a few things which I dont want to mention.

Our defence has been very poor, but on sunday we played a lot better and despite getting beat we did give it our all.

Again Jimmy thanks for the offer but we are ok. If things dont improve in the next few games it looks as though the team may fold. There are too many players signed on who arent good enough and thats because we were desperate and we needed to sign players on to ensure we had a team.

We have a couple of players signing on who should add a bit of quality, they have played at a higher level and are looking for first team football so we'll see how that goes.

We have 3 coaches, myself included and personally I think that is enough.
