Lowe

The ridiculous thing was, it was an own goal too! I was actually a ballboy for that match (don't judge me...!) when Radio Lancs summariser Mark Atkins scored an own goal to equalise for Liverpool in the last minute of an FA Cup tie.

There were so many complaints that the ballgirl involved, Gillian, ended up going all expenses paid to a few England matches and getting a full apology from the BBC!
Good story that. But, a ball boy at Peewood? 🤔

When Ryan and Schuey came for their Job interview at Argyle, they came as a pair armed with a whiteboard and pens. Ryan was the main spokesperson but schuey was the one who talked tactics in the interview using the whiteboard. This came out in one of the blogs that the chairman frequently puts out, probably in response to Ryan leaving.

Lowes been here 5 minutes in comparison to Schumacher at Plymouth, Schumachers got his team (counting Lowes as his as well), meanwhile we have Alex Neil’s Team with a littering of loanees and only 4 permanent ‘Lowe’ signings (not counting Diaby as he was on trial before Lowe arrived), 2 of which could be gone next season.

The comparison is nonsense.
Schumacher has also been backed by his board, which enables him to be in the promotion race, but there is a long way to go to the seasons chequered flag.

This same miracle worker also managed to convert 3rd place when Lowe left into 7th place by the end of the season didn’t he?

Personally I’m not convinced by RL. From what I’ve seen no better than Frankie. He’s somehow turned our top goal scorer to a shadow of his former self las season. Not convinced by this rigid 3-5-2 system. IMHO his reluctance to change will ultimately cost him his job.
Face the pitch then next time you watch our games

Fully get doubting Lowe but saying it’s no better than under Frankie is just rubbish. Significantly better to watch despite the negatives

I was no fan of Frankie

3 goals in 10 games is fucking shameful
Cant argue with that, if there’s not a significant improvement in the next batch of games it’s going to get very toxic very quickly at deepdale.

It’s not so much the cost but on a Saturday I’m usually out from around 11.30-6.30 for a home game, times precious and quite frankly there’s plenty of other things to be doing.

Big improvement needed

That being said, he's currently got them top of League 1 playing some really good stuff.

I imagine they'll go up this season. If they didn't have that mare against MK in the last game of the season, it's more than likely they would have finished in the Top 6.

I hate to say it, but when we got battered with the 'Schumacher is the brains of the operation' by Plymouth fans, I think there was more truth in that than we wanted to believe.
