PNE Flags by PNE Online are delighted to announce our most ambitious project yet.

Inspired by the fantastic images from the 2000’s, we want to re-create a sea of scarves across Deepdale – this time in tribute to The Gentry!

Whilst Gentry Day is an established away day in the PNE calendar we hope to pay recognition to all those North Ender’s who are no longer with us in person but with us in spirit every home game whilst also creating another spectacle to help show our support from the team.

Initially starting from Block H of the Invincibles Pavilion we aim to place a flag scarf on every seat in the stand, one block at a time. Should we fill the IPS we will then gradually work our way around the rest of Deepdale, one block at a time.

These flag scarves create a fantastic effect as you may have seen in European Matches this season, they are also sustainable so we would ask every fan to re-use their flag scarf for future matches in the season.

Examples below:

To achieve this ambitious project and to create the best effect possible at Deepdale we have two donation options.

For individual supporters:

➡For £5 donation you purchase one flag scarf for one seat in a block (no limits).

For partners/local businesses.

➡You can donate to ‘Scarf a Block’ for £500 in the Invincibles Pavilion or £1000 (should we progress to the Town End or Sir Tom Finney Stand. There again will be no limit on how many ‘blocks’ you could ‘scarf.’

We will share your support for your local football club to over 20,000 potential customers via pne-online.net and our socials.

It is a possibility to tweek it a bit - from the advice we have been given - less is more with them.

Are we to leave these at the end of the game like the flags or ok to take them home after a few games will obv need a wash??

Take them home 👍

Much like the PNE scarves which where given out years ago we hope to see folk keep using them.

Expecially at Gentry Day.

Thought so but best to check, again what a fantastic idea and I hope fans get on board.

It's going to be like Cub football and every week someones Mum gets 5000 scarves to wash and hang out to dry for the next week.

So if anyone wants to nominate their Mum for the first game and we'll start a rota

I will sign up for the £3 per month as I think you're doing a brilliant (unpaid) job you should get Riddler's wages 😀. Anyway, my question is, are you able to purchase a flag scarf outright as I can't always make home games???????

Thanks for the support.

I am sure that could be sorted.

Although it would be a donation in which someone sends you a 'free' scarf. 😉
