Aside from the offside goal not a bad first half .. deserve to be ahead .. lots of joy down the left side with Millar. Best putting in some quality balls .. Mads going well.. Ozmagic … jury would have to be out on him as the lone striker .. made some poor decisions when on his own with the ball.. the way it is we are getting plenty down the sides and there’s lots more goals in us I’m sure

Well that was fun. We should be further ahead really. Their "goal" was very dubious, and certainly Steve Ogrizovic on commentary agreed. We really should be battering these, they are literally wide open. Ched would enjoy it out there, let's get him on sooner rather than later. Browne having a great game again and Best has done really well.

No less than we deserved. Their goal very much against the run of play.

Thought we've played some decent stuff with Osmajic and the midfield linking up well. Defence still shits me up at times but other than that a very good performance.

Enjoyed that first half with the exception of Coventry's goal. Being picky though, some of the technique is average at best - Millar hitting the corner flag with an attempted shot and playing a pass BEHIND Mads, Ernie crossing the ball directly into three Coventry defenders. We could have been out of sight by now. As has been said previously though, the movement is really good and the shape is excellent.
