Lovely to hear from you. I see you have amassed some funds for Baby Beat which is a wonderful cause!

I am looking forward to a PNE-Online special edition in the future in 2023. Be good to hear from the forum members on a episode.

Any more meet episodes lined up soon?

Some forum members might need a good vetting first!

Good listen. Missed it lads.
Lawrow is a character alright haha christ.

Some good points on lowe, I can't stand him but probs could do with a mentor imo think that'd help him out a lot.

Good listen that one guys. Lawro is absolutely crackers 😂

Agree with most of it tbf. I agree that Lowe is doing the job with one hand tied behind his back but he should be doing better than he is. I’d said similar to some mates that if the results this season were more evenly spread, rather than shite at home and great away, the reaction may well be different.

His media work is starting to get on my nerves a bit though. At least he was at a game last night watching an opponent.

Good listen, and good to hear from Lawro ("'low block'? 'transition'? - what a load of bollocks"), but his "John Cleese" show was actually Michael Palin in Ripping Yarns:

Yea everyone of a certain age shouting Ripping Yarns at Lawro then . He's great laugh ,like little stories he tells .Knows little bout North End but like fact he keeps Jake et Al on their feet 😂😂😂

Listened to the last two. Can’t believe Mark Lawrenson thinks PR has done a good job. The club is in a damned mess on and off the pitch. He doesn’t even attend Deepdale either chooses Liverpool over us, says it all though.

I honestly don’t understand how people talk about fans expectations either. If you don’t expect to progress what’s the point? Expect nothing, you get nothing and that includes interest. If there were no pubs left for people to meet up and socialise how many would actually take the trouble to go to Deepdale with no expectations? Not many there would be no point, you simply have to have expectations to progress or, it’s like watching the same race over and over again.

Good summary of where we are right now - I think it's clear we have a bottom-3 attack that has been hauled up to mid-table thanks to defensive tactics and a lot of 0-0s.

And I agree, recent noises from Lowe make it seem doubtful summer will bring any real improvements.

We're back with another episode.

Thanks all for the support over what feels like a sparse past 12 months since Finley was born.

He's 1 next week and that feels like a really significant and poignant moment for me and my Mrs given he was close to not making it at all. For context, and for those who perhaps don't know, my wife's placenta failed which resulted in an emergency C-section nearly two months early and hospital has almost felt like a second home for us this past year.

I do hope to get more episodes out soon as and when time allows but it's proven difficult to find the time and at the moment, I'm just enjoying time with my family during what feels like a really significant point in Finn's development as he starts to learn to crawl and is also trying his best to walk with the aid of the sofa/a walker/anything that he can get his hands on.

Enjoy this latest episode, I think it's more positive than our past few.

Up the whites.
