It is not a crime for me to walk dressed in all my PNE gear into a crowd of Blackpool supporters being escorted to the ground but the Police wouldnt let me, would they? for my protection as well as other things.

There are many things that are not crimes but the Police use their powers to stop potential public order offences.

Would that be a full kit?
