I think it's remarkable effort to be fair.

I really like the vibes about the fanbase at the moment. We need to build on this as much as we can so we hit the ground running at the start of the season.

Slightly odd that the football club haven't yet commented on this fantastic effort or the forums latest flag campaign.
They'll all be enjoying a holiday break in Alicante but giving leaflets out on the beach ;)

Well done to all involved in the delivering of these leaflets across Lancashire! We have a class fan base we all work as one!
Lots have been out everywhere takes lots of times but every credit to all for doing this if it gets more on ground then it can only be a good thing deadline is 3 weeks from next week for early bird

Cheap price early bird offer has not inspired more sales only 4500 sold with only 3 weeks left
Maybe a late rush but 12000 should be the minimum target at that price but can't see it reaching higher than 9000 which is poor for such an offer. That Rovers game on sky didn't help our sales!
There still seems a lot of apathy surround North End despite recent up turn. To put it in persective
Huddersfield offered theirs at £299 & with less than a week left to close of deadline they had sold over 12000
Well done North End for the effort to increase attendance but it's going to take a bigger effort to win those stay away fans back to deepdale.

You are joking right? I’ve not seen positivity like this on social media from North End fans in a long while. Over 2,000 new season ticket holders already, we will easily hit 10,000 which considering under Frankie we were getting below 10,000 altogether is good going.

I’ve seen plenty of lapsed fans deciding to get back involved which can only be positive. There’s still 3 weeks for more early bird sales and I expect a fair amount will be waiting until end of the month pay day to get theirs.

a lot will be waiting until after pay day, no rush for those renewing as their seat is reserved

Actually , this is got me thinking…..

Our postman delivers all sorts of leaflets with the normal mail - it can be anything from farmfoods and booths to estate agents …

It might too late now because it sounds like most of the leaflets are delivered but it is just a thought….

I’m assuming that you have to pay for the Royal Mail service ??
Correct, you do.

Think your trying to get people to bite. Sales are well ahead of we’re they could be and will only build these next few weeks. Can see the deadline being extended by a week or so.

Huddersfield could be in the prem , plus loads of existing not renewed yet, pointless post

Lets pull this usual Negative Nobby post apart then...

You say that the "Cheap price early bird offer has not inspired more sales only 4500 sold with only 3 weeks left" which is correct as of a couple of days ago and most are awaiting for their pay at the end of May yet you then contradict yourself by removing 2 weeks of sales to mutter this pearl of wisdom "To put it in perspective
Huddersfield offered theirs at £299 & with less than a week left to close of deadline they had sold over 12000"
. Jolly good of yourself to omit 2 weeks to suit your flimsy argument. Wait till June 4th before comparing eh!

You also say this, in your usual negative nasal Nobby musings, "That Rovers game on sky didn't help our sales!" whereas most sensible people are of the mind that the stunning follow up game at Deepdale, resulting in a 4-1 spanking of a PO chasing Middlesbrough with 6k following them, was a wonderful advert for next seasons ST Sales.

Then there is this beauty "There still seems a lot of apathy surround North End despite recent up turn." . Really? Better social engagement, a Fan Zone, a charismatic new young manager who inspires W10 (40%) D9 (36%) L6 (24%), Cheap ST with a 30% reduction from the usual £400, a clear out of players that we've been crying out for, a 21 goal striker in Riis, good decent solid loans and yet you think it is all Doom, Gloom and Apathy!!! Are you after @Ando60 Gloom Crown? 😂

Lastly, winning on the pitch aside, what more do you want North End to do? I am referring you to your last whinge on your post, "Well done North End for the effort to increase attendance but it's going to take a bigger effort to win those stay away fans back to deepdale."

I presume you are one of those "staying away" despite recent applaudable efforts from the club to bend over backwards for people such as yourself.

Also price only increases for some, young adults and oaps pay the same right through ST sales. My lad has friends that’s haven’t yet renewed, they’re isn’t a rush for them to do it

You do realise that about we have sold about 2000 season tickets to fans who didn’t attend last season so the effort to win those ‘stay away’ fans is doing pretty well.

Gaslighting

It's exhilarating, the club is connecting with the fans like we wanted. In fact they have gone the extra mile, the people of Preston and surrounding areas must back the club now. Season tickets sales are looking great, the manager is so positive and will definitely strengthen the squad. This could be our year, I keep saying it but I'm absolutely buzzing. Come on you Whites and get those tickets sold!!!

I share some of your pessimism to be honest. Great effort by the club but awful timing after two and a half years of dog shit. Feel like we needed to have had a real crack at the playoffs this season to get more of a buzz going.

With the price of match day tickets, I don't think selling 10k season tickets would see much increase in average home crowds.
