Good chat towards the back end about the 'Brentford model' which is something I'd love to see the club do. Was screaming at the radio about the elephant in the room being the manager. The model needs a club strategy which probs permiates every single level of the organisation in how they operate including the manager. Is Lowe interested in developing players for resale? Doesn't look like that to me. And that's no slight on Lowe, he's obviously focused on the here and now not 4/5 years down the track so although I am completely bought into this approach of identifying talent with potential and player trading I think personally we're absolutely miles away from that mentality or mindset. Thought that was the only thing not really dwelt on during the discussion that is really important imo. Good stuff lads 👍
