It’s a blow but hopefully back after the WC fit and raring to go

You could see when Matt Jackson was doing the test on his thigh that Whiteman knew it was fecked and was obviously in a bit of pain.
On the positive side he couldn’t really have gone on playing so many games without a break so let’s hope the enforced rest does him good.

When asked if the 4 week break had been an 'advantage' to Preston, Ched very categorically said NO because of the injuries we picked up. The way he said it suggested to me that at one or more of them must be quite notable.
