Don't be so pessimistic.

It'll be quite funny watching you all squeezing into those bridesmaid's dresses.
Ha ha…….coming from a “town full of drag queens” I guess you know all about squeezing into dresses.

Oh aye. May I remind you of that famous quote, Noel:

"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery".
I'l just remind you of how many times we've sung it v yourselves.
But just right now I can't be bothered to count them all.

How can you say Leeds and Ipswich are Certs for the top six but for us it’s ‘too early to say’

Are we definitely going to finish in the top six. No but we I think we have as much chance as Ipswich and Leeds.

If it’s too early in the season for us why does that not work for Ipswich and Leeds?

Because Ipswich and Leeds have ridiculously good squads?

The latter have Piroe, Summerville, Gnoto, James, Rutter, Bamford and Jaidon Anthony. Almost all of them have held their own in the PL at some point. Multiple were wanted by PL clubs this summer.

It’s not exactly hard to understand, is it?

Well it is because you’ve just mentioned Leeds squad and not Ipswich.

So explain how are Ipswich a definite to finish in the top six with all these players with prem experience. And before you mention their ‘fantastic start’ as a reason. We’ve had the same ‘fantastic start.’ Let’s be honest if it’s too early to decide for us it’s 100% too early to decide for Ipswich as well especially since they really struggle defending which will be their downfall at some point.

Leeds I sort of understand but still we are 7 points ahead of them this early on. We already have more than a quarter of the total needed to get into the play offs. We may not be certs but we have a bloody good chance. A

As much as I'd like to think so I've voted no.

We've obviously had a great start but that's all it is, a start.

The sooner we get to 50 points the better & then we can where we're at.

Have you seen their squad? They can make multiple changes, and turn over a Premier League side in Wolves. Jack Taylor doesn’t even get a sniff and he was arguably the best midfielder in League One last season.

That’s ignoring the fact that they’ve arguably got the best young manager (under the age of 40) in the country.

It’s all about opinions, of course. But for me, Leeds, Ipswich and Leicester are Top 6 bound. This isn’t disregarding our start, or anything like that, and we have a very good chance of making it but I’d say other teams, like the ones stated above, have a better chance.

Now, please, stop commenting on literally everything I post. You’ve had it out for me for months. Just ask me on a date or something rather than quoting everything I post on here.

Cheers x

Too early to judge really. We’ve had a great start but rode our luck. Depends where we are come Christmas and our activity (if any) in the January window..

Southampton have a good squad and look at how they're doing, it will be interesting to see how this season pans out and we will know a lot more over the next 5-10 games.

We've started amazingly, could it be similar to the run at the beginning of last season with draws but instead it's wins which turned out not to be sustainable? Potentially.

Plymouth, Sunderland and Birmingham are very good sides for this division it shouldn't be sniffed at that we have beaten them, but Leicester and Ipswich will be the real test. Not overly scared of either of them because Ipswich don't look solid and have come up with momentum that can run out quite quickly. Leicester have not been the free flowing goals and possession for fun side they were touted as because they signed a few names like Winks and Mavididi.

Reading and QPR were in our position this time last season so that can be put forward to pour a bit of water on the fire but we're a completely different outfit to both sides. We have a manager with time with us under his belt and an improved coaching staff, we also have some good championship experience retained from the last couple of seasons and have added what we were missing last season which had us just missing out on the play offs.

We've started this season with only 1 fit striker and have put a great points tally on the board, with our options coming back we shouldn't have any excuses getting results.

The issues we will potentially face is when players have dips in form and injuries.

LWB, RWB cover and CB cover do concern me and if Osmajic and Riis don't fire this season we're reliant on Keane who has never been prolific at this level.

I don't think we're in for a boring mid table crawl of a season, I think we're setup for a very exciting push for the top 6.

The great thing with this start is that if we manage to get enough wins on the board and then revert back to our usual form, we could end up in the playoffs

I honestly feel we're going to get Play Offs. I feel like we'll fall off a bit soon, but if we manage to avoid injury, and keep playing as we are, I don't see why we wouldn't get them! (We're gonna finish 11th aren't we....)

Heart over head on this one and voted in the playoffs.

We've given ourselves a great chance so far and if you say 73 points are enough to sneak into the play offs that means we need 1.40 points per game (64 points over a full season) which is what we've pretty much done every season since we've been in the Championship. The benefits we have this season is I do think the squad is a lot deeper than in previous years and I can see Leeds, Ipswich, Leicester all achieving very high points and other than Sheffield Wednesday I can't see anyone getting cut adrift which should hopefully reduce the number of points needed to make the playoffs.

At least with the start we've made it should guarantee some entertainment until the end of the season!

Exactly, but I just don't see us reverting.

Holmes, Keane, Millar, Osmijic and Frokjaer look to be exactly what we have been missing attacking wise, Lowe didn't have these options at home last season.
