I simply phone everytime and its simple....All well and good if you can get there in person!
As above, phone the Ticket Office.Ticketmaster is daylight robbery & it's only gonna get worse.
The worst one for me is if you are booking concert tickets & they make a charge for you to print the ticket at home
Book over the phone, I wasn't charged a booking fee.
Ticket sent out via the post.Did you get it digitally with no fee?
Normally there is a £1 delivery fee, I think?Ticket sent out via the post.
£15.
I wasn't charged posting but that might have been a goodwill gesture given the new system won't (at the time) accept my Mastercard like 99.99% of other places does.
I bought mine over the phone, asked for ticket to be sent digitally, which I downloaded, no issuesDid you get it digitally with no fee?
New Scanners, hold your ticket or phone beneath the scanner.I've just bought mine.
They sent it digitally, and it is now stored on my phone with a QR code. (Not done this before. Usually print or use season ticket.)
How do they scan your QR code? Is there someone standing by the gates?
Or will the usual scanners work when I tap the phone? (Seems a bit high tech for North End)
Wow! Witchcraft.New Scanners, hold your ticket or phone beneath the scanner.
