Booking Fee

Ticketmaster is daylight robbery & it's only gonna get worse.

The worst one for me is if you are booking concert tickets & they make a charge for you to print the ticket at home.

The answer is simple do not order through the web site either phone or buy from the ticket office they’ll be swamped need more staff, no money for Ticketmaster penny possible drops for those idiots in charge.

Did you get it digitally with no fee?
Ticket sent out via the post.

£15.

I wasn't charged posting but that might have been a goodwill gesture given the new system won't (at the time) accept my Mastercard like 99.99% of other places does.

Normally there is a £1 delivery fee, I think?

Which is more expensive than the £0.50 transaction fee (unless you were to get a number of tickets sent to the same address obviously, in which case it would work out cheaper per ticket).

I've just bought mine.

They sent it digitally, and it is now stored on my phone with a QR code. (Not done this before. Usually print or use season ticket.)

How do they scan your QR code? Is there someone standing by the gates?

Or will the usual scanners work when I tap the phone? (Seems a bit high tech for North End)

New Scanners, hold your ticket or phone beneath the scanner.
