Matchday Thread Cardiff City v PNE - 11/12/24 - KO:7:45PM

The big question tonight is whether Brady is fit enough to balance the team at last.
Would be nice to finally win and do it in a foreign country.

It is vital we come away with something tonight - if we play as we did in the last match and show a bit more clinicality in front of goal then we have a chance of doing so. The return of Brady gives us the option to switch Kesler-Hayden to the right which is where we all agree he should be. Riis has finally got back amongst the goals - as I always knew he would - and that is a massive plus for us. We must also continue with the central midfield partnership of McCann and Thordarson which can only get better and with Frokjaer and Greenwood roaming further ahead actually gives us a pretty good midfield - getting all four of those players on the field at the same time as much as we can is crucial.

We do also need to accept that sometimes all these players won't start, as will need to rotate to ensure players don't burn out.

No midweek game next week, but after that it's the busy Christmas period.

But this is our best combination of players for said positions.
