Went to the shop yesterday for the first time this season thinking i'd pick up a new hat for the winter, and you guessed it, no hats, scarves or anything like that, just kits and kids tops, looks like i'll stick with my old hat thats still going from the baxi days

Agree And, embarrassing for an established championship club.
Another area of total regression.Had a peep on Mansfields Town club shop (Castore), slightly more march but a great personalised web site for numerous items.
Wimbledon (Umbro) is staggering for souvenirs.
Who is responsible at North End for overseeing this lack of commercial nouse?
Like I say, an embarrassment.
 
No sign of the kit ordered for my 2 year old son last month. 2/3 year old kits now sold out online. No response to email chasing this over a week ago. Pretty piss poor service and now firmly not expecting to have in time for Christmas.

Castore is turning out to be a bad choiceā€¦.

On a separate but similar theme , I bought my wife an England Cricket Sweater from Castore but when it arrived, it was way too big.

I returned it 4 weeks ago and to date, I have had no refund.

I have emailed twice but got no responseā€¦ā€¦

Alright. That's a bridge too far! To do that to Mrs. @Ando60 is something thst we cannot let stand!!!

I've experienced similar too.

Castore have finally sent one of the two kits I ordered for my girls which was received today, and simply cancelled the other. No response to my emails or any explanation. Equally annoying I'd the delivery fee I've paid for the service which has taken a ridiculous amount of time.

Having to explain to one if them why they don't have a PNE kit after all this time will be gutting for them.

Sorry to hear this. Have also now had the order of my sonā€™s kit cancelled without the courtesy of an explanation.

Makes you wonder why you bother doesnā€™t it?

Personally, if I was you Iā€™d return the kit you have received and demand a full refund inc. the delivery charge but I imagine that would be an extremely painful process to complete.

Sounds a bit Mone / PPE to me.
 
I ordered some England cricket stuff in November, no sign of it and no updates. Canā€™t get in touch with anyone.
Thought I was being well prepared for Christmas! However, I am not a clothing manufacturer or distributor so Lowe has told me to keep my mouth shut until I set up a sportswear company.
