Went to the shop yesterday for the first time this season thinking i'd pick up a new hat for the winter, and you guessed it, no hats, scarves or anything like that, just kits and kids tops, looks like i'll stick with my old hat thats still going from the baxi days

As I have said in another thread they have subcontracted to Castore and it appears to be another poor decision by the club. The club having abdicated the responsibility to grow PNE commercially as a business. šTechnically, the club isn't running the shop . . .

No sign of the kit ordered for my 2 year old son last month. 2/3 year old kits now sold out online. No response to email chasing this over a week ago. Pretty piss poor service and now firmly not expecting to have in time for Christmas.

On a separate but similar theme , I bought my wife an England Cricket Sweater from Castore but when it arrived, it was way too big.
I returned it 4 weeks ago and to date, I have had no refund.
