Confirmed Castore - Kits & Club Shop

I ordered some England cricket stuff in November, no sign of it and no updates. Can’t get in touch with anyone.
Thought I was being well prepared for Christmas! However, I am not a clothing manufacturer or distributor so Lowe has told me to keep my mouth shut until I set up a sportswear company.
Just out of curiosity, what cricket stuff did you order ??

Meanwhile the founders are celebrated by the business press. The Beahon Brothers need to remember the customers not the Kudos. Fans want to wear their clubs merchandise. My son wanted the keeper kits. Never ever available. You can’t order online with personalisation ever. Usually the only items in the shop have been a pair of shorts.

Ridsdale said he’d had enough. Problem is that the deal is likely that PNE have zero control and Castore will make them buy out the contract.

Manchester City dumped their kit suppliers and Puma moved it all in house.

They need to put a massive effort into it but they will undoubtedly fail. Personally, I would have them on breach of contract for failure to supply. However, I bet no one looked at the contract sufficiently to ensure they could enforce it.

The right action would be to:

Restock in all sizes across all ages, genders by Jan 30th
Put a minimum of 25% reduction in prices as an apology
Add personalisation back to the the website

It’s not the shop staffs fault as they are equally fed up.

I’d be happy with Umbro or even Hummel. Established brand with capacity and growth

Castore need to focus by ensuring quality and supply chains work. But they also need to invest in supplying the kit.

I was bought 2 separate England cricket polo shirts for my birthday earlier in the year.
Apparently they are both the same size, but are they feck!

Are the products manufactured in the UK or outsourced overseas ??

I've experienced similar too.

Castore have finally sent one of the two kits I ordered for my girls which was received today, and simply cancelled the other. No response to my emails or any explanation. Equally annoying I'd the delivery fee I've paid for the service which has taken a ridiculous amount of time.

Having to explain to one if them why they don't have a PNE kit after all this time will be gutting for them.
Gutted for you, but remember the Risdale “we are a well run club”. 😥

Get back to in house suppliers. KIT were brilliant. Good quality, plenty of options, right sizes. Just look around and see how many BAXI shirts are still knocking about.

Not arsed if it is outsourced to be fair but FFS PNE, do your due diligence and research before signing with a supplier....it wasn't difficult to see that Castore had supply chain issues.

My Mrs ordered some Christmas stuff from the Everton shop online, which is run by Fanatics(so outsourced) and it arrived the next day and no issues at all.

As lve said before, such a shame because l reckon the Castore kits are decent and miles ahead of the Nike/Just Sport shite.

And it's not like we're the first club Castore have signed on, either.

Do they do coach white trainers to help me speak with authority on the game - ideally looking for ones with a coach badge on them like below
