Dead Pigeons?

An influx of angry crows? I've seen one kill a pigeon before, they're proper evil bastards.

Or maybe someone keeps getting shat on and has decided to poison them all.

Probably a bad case of Canker or some other form of disease. Will rip through a flock in no time if not treated. Doubt there are any folk who treat wild pigeons.

Evil bastards is correct.

The amount of yearlings killed every year by them in races up and down (mainly up) the country is frightening.

Because they're the dumbest creatures on God's earth
Strutting around in the middle of the road, oblivious to oncoming traffic.
I reckon if I'd never slowed down or changed direction, I'd have about 1000 pigeon kills to my name by now.

How do you know they are dead?
Maybe he's not dead, maybe he's restin'! Remarkable bird, the Preston Pigeon, isn'it, ? Beautiful plumage!
