Miami or New York or European/British takeover.

Scapegoat: A person blamed for the wrong doings, mistakes and faults of others, especially for reasons of expediency.
Will people stop calling The Fat Controller a scapegoat. He is nothing of the sort and deserves all the criticism levelled at him., notwithstanding the fact that the IOM lot must share some of the blame.

Either they 'must share' it or not.

You can't have it both ways.

This is all conjecture.
Literally, everything written here is made up of what people believe to have happened, believe to be true and some of those may be accurate .... accidently.
But, in truth, none of us know the full true story of what is going on.

im at the stage i dont think pne will ever be sold in my lifetime, its a convenient tax loss for the rivitts hemmings combo with a patsy of a head man there to take the blame for things going wrong, rivitts safely on the isle of man so cant protest at her house gates can we, ridsdale miles away up near the lakes, the Q is when he pops his clogs who do the get to carry on taking the flak gerald ratner

I don’t know the true story but do know both the owners and Peter are running the club into the ground and the fact that Ridsdale is still in place means the owners are happy for him to do that otherwise he wouldn’t be at the club by now . I don’t know how much they want for the club but the fact any that have been interested have either been chancers or moved on to other clubs suggest it is to much . The team is so lightweight and slow with glaring obvious deficiencies but those are not being addressed even after several seasons the Okkels signing is totally baffling to me though . So yes I don’t know the full story but haven’t a clue if anyone else has either and that includes the owners and Ridsdale as well as to what the hell the strategy is or in fact do we have one .

If their mandatory retirement age is 75, he’s likely there for another 2 years and 5 months.

Sadly Kathryn, it would appear we now need to wait for "physical or mental incapacity" "mental disorder" or "if they die" in the new 2024/25 EFL Handbook. Starting to think we might have a case for some of those already?

It's the FA Council who still have a mandatory retirement age.
