Further to the above post, more info on this Football Governance Bill, sounds like it is beneficial to the EFL, but might not be, from what I have read it might be a vast improvement in protecting clubs from them being taken over by ruthless bastards and owners wanting to strip clubs of their assets, the current system doesn't protect clubs, and they can be exploited and forced out of business by unscrupulous owners who destroy clubs as happened with Bury and Macclesfield.

I don't trust anyone trying to improve the Football League, especially if approved by the Government.
