So this week we have our November MOU meeting with the club. We’ll be discussing all the usual agenda items and taking forward feedback we’ve received from fans. We’ll review last meetings minutes in September to also gauge progress.
I know Merchandising and in particular the club shop has been a hot topic recently and we’ll take those thoughts that have been passed on.

For a positive perspective, kudos to them for the pro-active half season tickets and marketing, the reciprocal agreement with Leeds etc. All these things make a difference to the fans and their perspective of how the club is doing things for them, they should also be applauded for the stuff that has gone in the right direction

On the subject of the shop is it possible to find if they had agreed any Service Level Type Agreements that would penalise Castore for the failed/failing service or is it the club receiving a set fee and Castore are taking a hit by not being able to sell anything?

Will do. Have asked about SLA’s previously but will do so again. Sometimes club not keen on giving specifics
