Please if you are sitting at the top of the Town end tonight take Jordan Davidsons phone off him, that pineapple chant was probably the most tinpot and cringe thing i have ever heard.
I’m sure Jordan and his buds will be next to the netting in the kop tonight flicking the Vs to the travelling Taffs.

So for the third time in just about as many weeks we go into a match on the back of a win and hoping to continue where we left off. On the previous two occasions, though, we did not do so and instead slumped. But can we fare better tonight? Let's have a look at those two previous occasions. Frankly the match against Bristol City had anti-climax written all over it - mid-week, away, a tired squad with some illness in it and the dismay of the injury to Parrott. I actually thought beforehand that things might not work out there though but for some sloppy defending of a set-piece we might well have got a point. As for our subsequent trip to the seaside the blunt fact is that our opponents entered into the spirit of a local 'derby' while we tried and ultimately failed to dampen things down - had we played from the start with the intensity we showed in the last few minutes things might have been different.

Now when we look to tonight there really isn't too much obvious similarity to either of those situations other than that it is a mid-week match. We are at home, the squad is largely fit and though we are still short of a striker - or two - we have a workable stopgap support for Riis in the form of Woodburn. You would hope that we will also go out tonight determined to be up tempo and to play more forward passes that we have done previously from the start.

If we do then maybe tonight can be different. Maybe we can get ourselves in front and then go further and build on it. Let's see.

Didn't understand what that was all about at all.

I reckon it will be the lowest crowd of the season tonight. Can't see many walk ups bothering and they'll bring a car load. They're currently 6th I think, and a win puts us level on points, yet we are very much doom and gloom as a club.

We played them back in Aug last season and they took 400 plus think less than that tonight even tho there 6th. I think they will have lots of the ball tonight but feeling a 1-1 I think or they might edge it.

I expect Swansea to have most of the ball tonight and outpass us.
Lets hope we can counter and snatch a winner.

Not predicting an entertaining game tonight. Most teams know that if you hold the ball against us you’ll eventually score, because we aren’t threatening enough when you lose it. And holding the ball is what Swansea are about

Yeah, they love to have loads of possession and sometimes they piss about too much at the back, so I think we need to do a high press tonight and hopefully catch them in possession and take advantage.

unfortunately, they’re best striker is back tonight having served a 3 match ban.
