Remembering the North End Gentry - Tributes/Memories/Dedications

I really hope North End do it this year, for all of us fans but especially for that ever growing crowd of Nobbers looking down from above.

I know its only football, but you could start with a promotion party in May !!

My Dad passed way two years ago and in footballing terms , he was a strange character......

He used to watch Blackpool one week and Preston the week after - as a 17 year old rebel, I could never get my head around this and we often argued about it late on a Friday night after I had been out for a few beers !!

My Dads argument was that he went to watch Matthews one week and Finney the week after...

I could never grasp it , but all the same , I loved him to bits - RIP Dad !

Thanks Ando, RIP to your dad too. I'm sure I will have a tear in my eye when we get promoted, hopefully this year - I would give anything to be able to celebrate it with my dad.
