So are you saying it’s okay to do a poor job because they “ only “ get paid £8.60 an hour ??
No, Im saying that knowing the amounts I got paid, when working, theres not a cat in hells chance im going to ever criticise a zero hours woker who earns £8.60 an hour.

If you dont like their attitude perhaps you could email their CEO Sophie Bellon who just manages to get by on 3.6million a year.

"Dear Sophie Im writing to complain that some of your staff dont smile at me at PNE!"

I’m not bothered about the smiles really, it’s about the amount of time they take to serve me !!! 😂

I guess life is about choices , so I will choose not to drink on the concourse anymore….. sorted.

I made that choice on price alone lol
So you’re lobbying paying more than minimum wage, whilst also not drinking due to the price…

You do know what would happen to the prices of goods if they were to be paid more… right?

Well the CEOs salary wouldnt be cut, thats for sure.

Sadly I could see this coming a mile off and when a they went to tender, prices were unlikely to drop. However, I don’t think anyone would’ve guessed they would increase so much.

Part of the trade-off for lower season ticket prices will be PNE saying “look how many people come to every game” to attract suppliers and then using this to try their luck with pricing.

Same with the Castore “deal”. Kit shop looks like a closing down sale because the range is so limited. £38 for shorts - I’d love to know the sales figures!

They must be high enough to sustain those prices.

Just imagine if one week that every single person who went to deepdale didn't spend a single penny in the shop or the concourse, The prices would drop Immediately. If people pay it then they will continue to charge it

I was thinking the same.. I could almost stomach the prices if the food and drink was decent, but when you can’t stomach the food then it won’t be long til people say no anyway.

Non league football had better offerings than we are served up from a ‘world leading outsourcer’, and at a massively lower price. When the corporate seats are complaining then you know it’s not right. For gods sake we can’t even serve up a butter pie that resembles a butter pie, and we invented the bloody things 🤣

Still don't understand why people continue to buy anything there. Pint up before, pint up after. Take a pie in with you.
I don't buy any food in ground or burgers really. Might buy odd pint but I have had few already up town or St Greg so don't need one. Why go down at 3.30 when the game is still on feels strange when you paid for tickets or season cards.

I've no idea why some prioritise getting a pint of over-priced piss over watching the actual game.
