I’m assuming they’ve signed some of the lads from the Div 2 lytham team that folded a few weeks ago?
They’ve got a great set up over at where they play.

I dont think they have actually, apparently the two sides didn't even get along all that well, the Div 4 side being Blackpool/Lytham based and the Div 2 side being from around Preston.

I can offer you some sessions if you like ? I am an ex army psychical training instructor and a qualified pt , ( retired a couple of years ago ) I used to run a few teams under 16 that my son was in multiple promotions and zero injuries !

The sessions will be hard , interesting and functional with no injuries !

A 0-6 defeat by high flying AFC Lytham confirmed FC Friargate's 8th place finish this season. The Friars were only 5 points behind 4th place, however, and spent much of the season in the top four or five before a dip in results in the last third of the season. They finish with a 8-4-10 record. Good first season and something to build on next year. Thanks to the boys in yellow for providing some good Sunday entertainment.
 
@MBcha might you be able to 'off topic' it on the 'PNE-Online Football' Event thread? That's getting some people jumping on board, and some who are new or very infrequent posters. Maybe one or two might fancy joining a team thing well as the one-off event.
