First look at the quick summary suggests that they are working towards being a sustainable club with a keen interest in developing young talent both through inward transfers and a move to a better Academy level. Inward investment from the shareholders and actively seeking further financial input from external sources .... in fact all the things PNE should be doing but don't.
Aye it has a bunch of things we should be doing. They have a five year plan "to be a sustainable top six Championship club within five years, with Premier League aspirations". They use their stadium for concerts, they're investing in the academy and trying to upgrade it to category 2, and have things like a 5-a-side centre which I'd imagine would supplement their income. It's interesting too how they can point to examples to demonstrate the value they're providing, such as the players who came through their academy. Their income, generally, just looks to be bigger than ours overall
I agree it is what pne should be doing.
However all this good work they are doing and ‘5 year plan’ goes out the window when they appointed Wayne Rooney as manager.
Way more likely to be in league one next season than the championship.
