Ridsdale, you need to fuck off from pne and PDQ. You’ve done the square root of fuck all since you been here except oversee money tossed away . In any other business you would have been sacked long ago for gross incompetence. The majority of fans here don’t like you . You are a complete waste of space. Allowing players run contracts down and leave for nothing. You were a joke before you came here and it’s in your blood.

Complete shambles. Hilarious that the article refers to the new system as an 'upgrade' on the previous system.

As far as I can recall, I never had a problem with the old 'contactless' system. I thought it was actually streets ahead of most other clubs that had scannable barcodes or QR codes as those can always play up.

Just another indication of where the club is at.
 
To be honest, I always use the card rather than on my phone.
Used my phone early on and it was always playing up so reverted back to my card and never have a problem. But the phone fiasco sums us up perfectly.
RIDSDALE OUT!
 
There have been problems from the start with these scanners. Four of us got paper tickets for two pre-season friendlies and the Sunderland cup game. 11 of the 12 tickets failed the scanners, we got let in through the exit and we weren’t alone. Season cards have been okay….so far.

The last 3 games that I went on I had to hand my Season Card to the bloke behind the window and he scanned it for me….
