Wasn't sure if it was mandatory or not, thought it might beIt's mandatory for League clubs to have a youth system, but we do the bare minimum with it.
The guys at the academy do a great job on our budget.
Preston North End will play their second match of the U21 Premier League Cup campaign on Monday night.
The Lilywhites will host Blackburn Rovers at Chorley’s Victory Park at 7pm on Monday 30th September. There are no tickets available to purchase in advance of the fixture, however fans can pay on the night at the stadium.
