Official Statement. No Takeover at Present (Confirmed)

And now, rather than do "the right thing" by the club and allow it to sell the land back to Grovemoor, the Hemmings want to try and gouge any prospective buyer of PNE for the useless Ingol land as well.

Well, what would you rather have had? A new training ground or a £10million striker for the past four years?

That was the choice. Our stable, billionaire owners gave us neither.

Stooges. Expected nothing less from PSC than to tow the party line.
I assume they sought opinions of their membership before going on air today right; yunno the people they represent.

How far up Ridsdale's ass do they wanna go, perpetuating a situation where no difficult questions will ever get asked, or answered.

I can only assume the club will have to reduce season ticket prices next season. (And naturally reduce the wage bill to cover any shortfall, so it effectively costs them naff all)

It'll doubtless be hailed as a significant gesture of the Hemmings total commitment to continuing their fathers legacy... of never achieving anything with us.

Someone should have gone on the radio today and asked why fans are hearing that assets like Ingol have been stumbling blocks to the takeover. And ask that the club come on air to explain why we own a piece of land that has no real worth to the football club. Wouldn't that be wild?

Springfields, Euxton and the land at Ingol where all part of the sale.

Kirchner looked at the plans for Ingol and decided it was a no goer and didn't want it.

He believes that Springfields and Euxton are not of the standard required and would "bulldoze them and start again, building a state of the art facility".

It seems after his visit and Q&A he came back in with a lower bid taking the above into account.

Whilst that was being considered he came back in with another lower bid which was totally unacceptable in the eyes of the owners.

Make of that information what you will.

Does CK have the funding required or is he like an apprentice candidate all mouth.

I guess we will never know unless he actually does buy another club.
Euxton is not an issue.

Wow great point that definitely needs asking !

Not anymore it's not.

If you are somehow hoping to come good on the very slim chance Kirchner decides to start being professional again then good luck to you.
Kirchner was clearly trying to get a bargain, like Trev did with Ingol / Euxton.

Where north end professional in terms of the Ingol development plans? Or is using the fanbase seen as fair game and simply what professionals do?

Sounds very much like Chip thinks Kirschner is nothing more than a chancer, a 'tyre kicker', it may just be that we have indeed dodged a bullet with this guy?........

Thou shalt not besmirch the good name of The Blessed Barmcake... but at the end of the day these ITKers get to know certain things for a reason and you don't bite the hand that feeds you...
