As a matter of interest ... While some talk of lack of goals... did anyone else notice that a certain Stockley scored for Charlton the other night.
Feed him, he will score. We did not feed him.

I don't believe we have the firepower for a top 6 place and agree that the quality of football in many games since Christmas 2019 has left a lot to be desired.
In games so far against the current top 6 we have fared pretty well (won 3, drawn 2 , lost 2).
Difficult to gauge with so many new players slotting in but I suspect we'll finish the season about where we are now.
Hope the games left provide more entertainment.
Neil's job is safe for the moment probably but he will be under scrutiny.

Surely one of TH's first decisions as this season winds down to its conclusion will be when to offer AN his contract extension.

After all, he can't very well embark on a major, club-defining, summer squad rebuild with his manager ticking down the last year of his contract.

Here we go... the old ‘he’s scoring in league one now so he must be good enough for us. Blame the manager’ shite. Happened with Doyle. The reason stockley scored in league one is because it’s a shite league.

Everyone time we tried to feed him his second touch was a tackle and every time he tried to win a header it went twenty yards from where he intended.

He is so far off from being a championship player. He gave it a go but sometimes it doesn’t work out. League one/two are his level.
