Not a signing I’d have chosen personally, but if his injuries haven’t taken a toll on him and he avoids picking up any more, think he’s got a bit to offer. Turn of pace, desire to pick up the ball and run with it, and can cover different positions which we are desperately short of. And knows the dark arts too

Good we are now amply stocked in central midfield. Add a left wing-back and a couple of strikers and we will have a decent squad - one that can hopefully make us approach the season with confidence.
