From about 55 minutes on they were a different side from the first half. Adopted a wider shape and grafted 200% more.

That 1st half was an absolute joy to watch.

2nd half Millwall came out fighting, and made the game very ugly. Kicking the hell out of us, because they knew they couldn't match our footballing ability.

Excellent day, but Pearson picking up that booking which means he'll miss 2 of the biggest games to date, takes the gloss off it a tiny bit.

Clinical finishing in 1st half very pleasing.

2nd half dragged into a bit of a scrap but rarely do you see teams go to Millwall and just dominate for 90 minutes, we were always going to have to withstand some pressure.

The only thing we won’t miss about Pearson when he is sold is the type of discipline which leads to 2 straight reds and 10 yellows by February. Time for a couple of big performances from Ledson.

Bristol City have lost 3-2 so next Saturday's game is very, very important as we are now just 6 points behind them although Bristol have a game in hand. Who would have thought beginning of December when we lost to Birmingham City that we would now be just 6 points outside of the play-offs!
