suffered a bad ankle injury after his 1st year scholar with us and never really got full fitness back (especially the drive needed to leap as a smallish defender) in his 2nd year.
did score for us at Lancaster in a Pre Season game once!!

could I humbly suggest you aren't fully aware of the relevant roles within the medical / physical dept at our level?

Sports science is the sort of role Luke Hemmings has at PNE with Jacko and Lucas being far more qualified across all the different elements... Sports Science; S & C; Sports Rehab; Physio; Nutrition; Massage; Pilates; and then head of departments....
