Matchday Thread Plymouth Argyle v PNE - 16/03/24 - KO:3PM - Championship

A massive three points that keep us in the play-off mix though we need to string together another run of wins. A win gained through sheer hard work as much as anything else. Looking at those who went off injured today difficult to say how long they will be out - Osmajic looks like he was accidentally stamped on so he may just have bad bruising while Potts walked off unaided. No idea about Whiteman, Browne and Riis. But with nearly a fortnight to the next match then hopefully some of them will be back.

Keano worked his bollocks off (again) today, did a lot of dirty yards and the closing down stuff.
He really a terrific asset tothe team..hold up play magnificent great vision for flick ons, excellent in the air and with his feet. His flick setup Millar and he was on the line to tap in if Millars effort didn’t make it.
Strange days indeed but I think there’s a Mads, Millar and Keane effect running through the team. We are seeing players using their skills , passing , dribbling , drags backs and round the corner passes coming from all over the park. (/add Brady , as a player who likes to use the ball) now if only we could do something about Woodmans kicking .
